On Wednesday, Amazon launched two new Tablets. And the good news is that, they have added ‘Mayday’ button for free. ‘Mayday’ button is used for live technical support.
The ‘Mayday’ button is available under Quick Settings. Just hit it and Kindle experts would be there for helping you in your problem about Kindle. (So, from now your mother or any relative would not call you for the technical support.)
Kindle Fire HDX tablets would include meliorated display which has exceptional pixel density, means that would be better than HD.
To make people learn about use of Kindle, Amazon also introduced "revolutionary" tech support system.
Kindle Fire HDX tablets would also have new processor that will provide three times faster processing speed. The screen size of these tablets is also larger.
Amazon’s Kindle uses Fire OS, an operating system which is build on Google's Android operating system with added cloud services. These new Kindle devices have the Fire OS 3.0.
The cost of the smaller tablet will start from $229, with pre-orders started on Wednesday for shipping on October 18, 2013 and the cost of the larger Kindle Fire HDX starts from $379, with pre-orders started on Wednesday for shipping on November 7, 2013.
